Personal data and cookies
The public page uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. A technical session cookie is set; it runs the private area and the conversation. If you switch language, a cookie keeps that choice for one year.
The conversation opens only when the visitor asks for it. It then loads Google’s reCAPTCHA Enterprise anti-bot service, which has its own privacy rules. Messages are processed by an artificial intelligence provider (Alibaba Cloud, Singapore region, outside the European Union) to produce the replies, and are kept only for the length of the session.
If you choose to forward the conversation, your email, your name if given and the messages are sent to SAS MADI through an email delivery provider. They are used only to reply to you. Anti-abuse limits rely on a pseudonymised fingerprint of the IP address, erased every day.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data through the same conversation or by post to the registered office, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
